Provided is a sulfur-modified chloroprene elastomer composition superior both in viscosity stability during storage and scorching resistance during processing and a blend and vulcanized article thereof. A sulfur-modified chloroprene elastomer composition, containing a thiuram compound in an amount of 1 to 2.5 mass % and having an organic acid content, as determined in accordance with JIS K6237, of 1.5 to 15 mass %, an ash content, as determined in accordance with JIS K6228, of 0.03 to 0.2 mass %, and a mass ratio of the organic acid content to the ash content (organic acid content/ash content) of 50 to 500, as they are so regulated by modification of the blending amount of the emulsifier.
L'invention porte sur une composition d'élastomère de chloroprène modifié par du soufre ayant à la fois une excellente stabilité de la viscosité lorsqu'elle est stockée et d'excellentes propriétés de résistance au grillage lorsqu'elle est transformée et sur une formulation et un vulcanisat de celle-ci. La composition d'élastomère de chloroprène modifié par du soufre comprend 1 à 2,5 % en masse d'un composé de thiurame, la teneur en acide organique mesurée sur la base de la norme JIS K6237 est de 1,5 à 15 % en masse et la teneur en cendres mesurée sur la base de la norme JIS K6228 est de 0,03 à 0,2 % en masse. La quantité d'un émulsifiant qui y est mélangé est ajustée de façon à ce que le rapport en masse (teneur en acide organique/teneur en cendres) entre la teneur en acide organique susmentionnée et la teneur en cendres susmentionnée soit de 50 à 500.
