According to the present invention, there is provided a process for the manufacture of sulphur- containing fertilizer compositions, said process comprising the steps of: a) providing a slurry of at least one phosphate-based fertilizer material select-ed from the group consisting of ammonium phosphates, ammonium phosphate based nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium (NPK) com-pounds, super phosphates and partially acidulated phosphate rocks; b} bringing said slurry into contact with at least one surfactant and elemental sulphur; and c) introducing the mixture obtained in step b) into a granulator unit in order to obtain granules of the fertilizer composition, wherein the elemental sulphur is present in an amount in the range of form 1 to 25 wt.%, based on the total weight of the fertilizer composition The present invention also provides a fertilizer composition.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la fabrication de compositions d'engrais contenant du soufre, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) se procurer une suspension épaisse d'au moins une matière d'engrais à base de phosphate choisie dans le groupe constitué par les phosphates d'ammonium, les composés à base d'azote-phosphore-potassium (NPK) à base de phosphate d'ammonium, les superphosphates et les roches phosphatées partiellement acidulées; b) mettre en contact ladite suspension épaisse avec au moins un tensioactif et du soufre élémentaire; et c) introduire le mélange obtenu dans l'étape b) dans une unité de granulateur afin d'obtenir les granulés de la composition d'engrais, le soufre élémentaire étant présent en une quantité dans la plage de 1 à 25 % en poids, sur la base du poids total de la composition d'engrais. La présente invention porte également sur une composition d'engrais.
