The invention relates to a method for production of thin layers of semiconductor alloys of the I-III-VI2 type, including sulphur, for photovoltaic applications, whereby a heterostructure is firstly deposited on a substrate comprising a thin layer of precursor I-III-VI2 which is essentially amorphous and a thin layer, including at least some sulphur, the heterostructure is then annealed to promote the diffusion of the sulphur into the precursor layer and the at least partial crystallisation of the I-III-VI2 alloy of the precursor layer with a stoichiometry which hence includes sulphur. A layer of selenium may also be deposited to assist the recrystallisation processes or annealing.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication en couches minces d'alliages semi-conducteurs de type I-III-VI2 incluant du soufre, pour des applications photovoltaïques, dans lequel on dépose d'abord sur un substrat une hétérostructure comprenant une couche mince de précurseur I-III-VI2 sensiblement amorphe et une couche mince incluant au moins du soufre, puis on recuit l'hétérostructure pour favoriser, à la fois la diffusion du soufre dans la couche de précurseur, et la cristallisation au moins partielle de l'alliage I-III-VI2 de la couche de précurseur avec une stoechiométrie incluant ainsi du soufre. Une couche de sélénium additionnelle peut être également déposée pour assister les phénomènes de recristallisation ou de recuit.
