A sun shade of flexible material for an infant carrier and an infant car seat. An elasticized pocket at one end to fit over the top and back of an infant carrier or an infant car seat, and a pair of tension loops at the opposite end for attaching to part of an automobile's interior. The sun shade includes a bow structure, a top flap in a horizontal position covers over a see-through panel below, a pair of side flaps extending downwards on opposite sides of the sun shade and a toy attachment section on the underside of the sun shade for attaching lightweight toys.
