The present invention relates on an interferometer arrangement (10) comprising a source electrode (1) and a drain electrode (2), a base electrode (3) to which the source electrode (1) and the drain electrode (2) are connected through tunnel barriers, the base electrode thus forming a double barrier quantum well, and first and second superconducting gate electrodes (5, 6) to control the source-drain current (ISD). The base electrode (3) comprises a ferromagnetic material enabling resonant tunneling of source-drain electrons when there are bound states within the quantum well structure matching the energy of said source-drain electrons. The invention also relates to a logical element comprising such an interferometer arrangement and to a method of controlling the conductance of an interferometer.
La présente invention concerne un interféromètre (10) comprenant une électrode source (1) et une électrode drain (2); une électrode de base (3) à laquelle l'électrode source (1) et l'électrode drain (2) sont connectées par des barrières à effet tunnel, l'électrode de base formant ainsi un puits quantique à double barrière ; et une première et une deuxième électrodes de grille (5, 6) supraconductrices destinées à réguler le courant source-drain (I¿SD?). L'électrode de base (3) comprend une matière ferromagnétique permettant le passage par effet tunnel de résonance d'électrons source-drain lorsqu'il existe des états liés dans la structure de puits quantique correspondant à l'énergie de ces électrons source-drain. L'invention concerne également un élément logique comprenant ce type d'interféromètre et un procédé de régulation de la conductance d'un interféromètre.
