The invention discloses superparamagnetic monodispersed particles, their method of preparation and their uses. These particles comprise: a core of a first polymer, an internal layer of a second polymer coating the core, and in which is distributed a magnetic material, and an external layer of a third polymer coating the magnetic layer, and capable of interacting with at least one biological molecule, at least the second polymer being heat sensitive and having a predetermined lower critical solubility temperature (LCST) of 15 to 65 ·C.

Particules superparamagnétiques, monodisperses, leur procédé de préparation et leurs utilisations, ces particules comprenant: un noyau à base d'un premier polymère, une couche interne recouvrant le noyau, à base d'un second polymère et dans laquelle est distribué un matériau magnétique, et une couche externe, recouvrant la couche magnétique, à base d'un troisième polymère et susceptible d'interagir avec au moins une molécule biologique, au moins le second polymère étant thermosensible et présentant une température critique inférieure de solubilité (LCST) prédéterminée comprise entre 15 et 65 ~C.
