This invention relates to a pouch presenting a supple outer envelope comprising an open collar followed by a widened part. The pouch comprises a reinforcing element constituted by a relatively rigid and flexible sleeve extending in the collar from a first end located in the vicinity of the opening of the collar, up to a second end located towards the widened part. The sleeve presents, in the vicinity of the base of the collar, a cut-out on either side of which are defined a first portion and a second portion. The second portion is provided with two substantially transverse tabs which face each other and which have free lateral ends. In the flattened configuration of the pouch in which the opening is closed, the sleeve is itself flattened and presents two wall elements disposed one against the other, while, in order to bring the collar into its substantially tubular configuration and open the opening, the sleeve is capable of being elastically deformed in order to adapt a so-called "open" configuration, in which the first portion is substantially tubular, while the lateral ends of the tabs are spaced apart from one another.
La présente invention a trait à une poche à enveloppe extérieure souple comportant un collet suivi d'une partie élargie. La poche est munie d'un élément de renforcement constitué d'un manchon relativement rigide et souple se prolongeant dans le collet à partir d'une première extrémité située près de l'ouverture du collet jusqu'à une deuxième extrémité située en direction de la partie élargie. Le manchon présente, à proximité de la base du collet, une fente de chaque côté délimitant une première et une deuxième parties. La deuxième partie comporte deux languettes généralement transversales situées face à face dont les extrémités latérales sont libres. Lorsque la poche est à plat et que son ouverture est fermée, le manchon est également plat et présente deux parois disposées l'une contre l'autre. Pour donner au collet une forme tubulaire et pour ouvrir l'ouverture, le manchon peut subir une déformation élastique; dans cette configuration, la première partie est généralement tubulaire alors que les extrémités latérales des languettes sont espacées l'une de l'autre.
