Draft beverage is cooled in a cooling water tank (12) in a cooling unit under a drinks bar. It is then cooled in a thermoelectric cooler (26), and transferred to a font (32) in pipe (44) which is surrounded in a water jacket (72) of cooling water from the tank (12). The water jacket (72) is connected to a further water jacket (68) for a tube of cooling water which is also supplied to the font for cooling a glass into which the beverage will be dispensed. The water jacket (72) keeps the beverage in the pipe (44) cool, but above freezing point, when it is static prior to dispense.

La boisson à la pression est refroidie dans un réservoir d'eau de refroidissement (12) à l'intérieur d'une unité de refroidissement sous un bar de débit de boissons. La boisson est ensuite refroidie dans un refroidisseur thermoélectrique (26) et elle est transférée jusqu'à un robinet (32) en traversant un conduit (44) qui est entouré d'une chemise (72) remplie d'eau de refroidissement provenant du réservoir d'eau de refroidissement (12).
