Abstract of the Disclosure Base support means and elevatable support means are provided with wheel means for transport. The elevatable support means supports drawworks means and support means including A-frame means for supporting a telescoping drill- ing mast thereon. Jack means interconnect the base support means and elevatable support means which jack means may be actuated to lower the base support means to the earth's surface whereupon the elevatable support means may be moved by the jack means to a vertically spaced position relative to the base support means. The drilling mast is pivotally connected to the A-frame support and may be pivoted there- about to an erect position for conducting drilling operations. -1-
