The invention concerns a support device, in particular a mattress, a bedspring or a support device for a seat, comprising several flexible fluid chamber elements aligned vertically and assembled into a system so as to form a structure for a body to rest upon. The pressure in each fluid chamber is transmitted inside first ducts (4) emerging from said chamber. The first ducts communicate said pressure to the fluid chambers of the neighbouring elements.
