SUPPORT FOR CONCENTRIC TURBINE BLADE SHROUD A B S T R A C T A gas turbine engine includes a gasifier module. A power output module, and a heat-exchanger. A power turbine has a shroud supported by an improved shroud support assembly which comprises a plurality of struts supported by the power output module in fixed relation to a power turbine shaft and extending radially outwardly adjacent the power turbine. The struts support the turbine shroud in fixed closely spaced relation about a plurality of turbine blades. The struts also support an outer shroud which is positioned to direct flow of the exhaust gases from the blades of the power turbine to the heat exchanger.
