It is intended to provide a protein transfer method whereby a protein can be transferred into a cell at a high safety. A target protein is held on a support made of a clay mineral and then added to a cell. Thus, the target protein can be transferred into the cell. As the clay mineral, use is preferably made of a layered clay mineral. For example, montmorillonite or vermiculite is usable therefor.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de transfert de protéine selon lequel une protéine peut être transférée dans une cellule avec un degré élevé de sécurité. Une protéine cible est maintenue sur un support fabriqué à partir d'un produit minéral à base d'argile, puis ajoutée à une cellule. Ainsi, la protéine cible peut être transférée dans la cellule. On utilise de préférence en tant que produit minéral à base d'argile un produit minéral à base d'argile en couches. Il est par exemple possible d'utiliser de la montmorillonite ou de la vermiculite.
