A support jack (1), in particular for supporting semitrailers, with a vertically telescopically displaceable supporting element (2) having an outer sleeve (20) and an inner sleeve (10) is described, each sleeve (10, 20) having a rectangular cross section with in each case four side walls (12a-d, 22a-d, 312-315). At least one side wall (12d, 22d, 315) at least of the inner sleeve (10) has an additional wall plate (11, 21). Another alternative proposes that at least one side wall (12d, 22d, 315) at least of the inner sleeve (10) consists of a wall plate (11, 21) to which the two adjacent side walls (12a, c, 22a, c, 312, 314) are fastened. An arrangement of such a support jack on the lower side of a vehicle is also described.

L'invention concerne une béquille (1) servant notamment au support de semi-remorques et comprenant un élément d'appui (2) qui présente un manchon extérieur (20) et un manchon intérieur (10) et qui peut être actionné télescopiquement en hauteur, chaque manchon (10, 20) ayant une section rectangulaire formée respectivement par quatre parois latérales (12a-d, 22a-d, 312-315). Au moins une paroi latérale (12d, 22d, 315) du manchon intérieur au moins (10) présente une plaque de paroi supplémentaire (11, 21). Selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, au moins une paroi latérale (12d, 22d, 315) du manchon intérieur au moins (10) est constituée d'une plaque de paroi (11, 21) sur laquelle sont fixées les deux parois latérales contiguës (12a,c, 22a,c, 312, 314). L'invention concerne également un ensemble constitué d'une telle béquille installée sur la face inférieure d'un véhicule.
