SUPPORT MEANS FOR STRUCTURE FORMED OF PVC MATERIAL Abstract of the Disclosure An elongated aluminum tubular member has an extension member which extends exteriorly of, and trans- versely to a wall of, the tubular member. Portions of the PVC material are fastened to the extension member by screws which extend through the PVC material and the extension member at predetermined intervals along the length of the extension member.
