Case 2730 SUPPORT PLATE FOR METER CENTER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrical distribution panel is provided with a novel electrically insulating support plate that supports slabs within the panel. The stabs are each provided with a recess cut out of an edge portion of the stab, the recess being adapted to receive a sup- porting portion of the plate. The plate is provided with slotted apertures through each of which extends one of the stabs. The plate is secured in fixed relation with the panel such that the plate locates the supporting portions of the plate within the recesses. The support plate precludes movement of the stabs through the apertures when a circuit breaker is mounted on the stabs.
