A tube heat exchanger for the production of carbon black comprises a support plate located at the lower end, which plate comprises an upper spar support plate, a lower spar support plate and a spar space formed between these plates, through which space extend heat exchanger tubes (13), inlets (26) and outlets (27) being provided for the spar space. The spar space is divided into a plurality of canals (29) by means of partition walls (28), each canal being provided with an inlet (26A-F) and an outlet (27A-F) and each canal being intersected by a plurality of heat exchanger tubes (13). Preferably, at least some details comprised by the support plate are made of an aluminum-containing iron-based alloy that is produced powder-metallurgically. In this way, a support plate has been obtained that manages to withstand the high temperatures, corrosive gasses and high loads to which it is subjected.
Echangeur de chaleur destiné à la fabrication du noir de carbone et comprenant une plaque de support qui est située à son extrémité inférieure et qui inclut une plaque de support du montant supérieur, une plaque de support du montant inférieur et un espace destiné aux montants, défini par lesdites plaques; à travers ledit espace s'étendent des tubes (13), des entrées (26) et des sorties (27) de l'échangeur de chaleur. L'espace destiné aux montants est divisé en plusieurs canaux (29) au moyen de parois de séparation (28); chaque canal possède une entrée (26A-F) et une sortie (27A-F); chaque canal forme des intersections avec plusieurs tubes (13) de l'échangeur de chaleur. De préférence, au moins certaines pièces inclues dans la plaque de support sont faites avec un alliage à base de fer contenant de l'aluminium, qui provient de la métallurgie des poudres. On obtient ainsi une plaque de support qui résiste aux températures élevées, aux charges importantes et aux gaz corrosifs auxquels elle se trouve exposée.
