ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device according to the invention comprises a protective tubular-shape envelope of insulating material having a cross-section in the shape, for example, of overturned T, and a small hollow and insulating cylinder, on which the wire comprising the actual electric resistance is wound; this small cylinder can be introduced into the suitable tubular seat in the envelope, from which will project the two terminals to be connected with the plug, either directly or through a conductor wire, the tube having at least one flat surface heated by the internal electric resistance for supporting the tablet or board impregnated with a substance to be evaporated.
