ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a conjugate, suitable for use in suppressing the formation of reaginic antibodies in a host, of benzylpenicilloyl groups with ?-globulin of the host, in which the conjugate contains an average of ?- from 4.3 to 19 benzylpenicilloyl groups per molecule of ?- globulin. The invention also comprises a method for the preparation of the conjugate and a method of suppressing the formation of these antibodies in a person sensitive to penicillin.
