A galvanized and welded wire structure used in conjunction with corrugated plastic for an upright sign display. It consists of a single longitudinal rod to which is welded two U-shaped wire appendages. The top U is welded with minimum overlap to the top of the rod and the bottom, inverted U is welded at a predetermined distance from the bottom of the rod. The upper U is inserted into the flutes found in the corrugated plastic and the bottom, inverted U is pushed into the ground by the installers' foot. This U structure allows the sign to be posted in a stable manner, providing flexibility against force, such as strong winds. The longitudinal rod is of a thicker galvanized wire than the U structure as it is the main support for the apparatus. The upper U-shaped wire is of a thickness consistent with the cores of commercially manufactured corrugated plastic. This invention results in a single apparatus requiring no tools for its application and no loose parts that can be lost or stolen. Because the wire is galvanized, it is resistant to rust and may therefore be used repeatedly.
