ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The present invention relates to surface elastic wave electromechanical devices. The electromechanical device in accor- dance with the invention comprises a substrate having a surface carrying a central common transducer and two identical end trans- ducers interconnected electrically. The central transducer produces bi-directional radiation, and intermediate means are provided at said surface to selectively modify the propagation velocity of the surface eleastic waves along at least one of the paths of equal lengths respectively linking the central transducer with the end transducers.
