The invention concerns a device for microstructuring the surface of at least one substrate characterized in that it comprises a support frame (2) including at least means (6) for conveying the substrate (S) comprising preferably means (15) for supporting the substrate adapted to maintain the substrate in or relative to each of the modules so as to avoid any change of support when the substrate is shifted from one module to the other, a module for applying a photosensitive resin layer on the substrate, a module (20) for automatic exposure using a laser beam of the resin layer on the substrate based on a programmed scheme, a so-called developing module for removing the part of the resin layer which has been exposed of the part or the resin layer which has not been exposed, a module for chemically etching the substrate, a module for cleaning the substrate, and a control unit (7).

Selon l'invention, le dispositif de microstructuration de la surface d'au moins un substrat est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un châssis porteur (2) comprenant au moins des moyens (6) de prise en charge du substrat (S) comprenant de préférence des moyens (15) de support du substrat adaptés pour maintenir le substrat dans ou en relation avec chacun des modules de manière à éviter tout changement support lors du passage du substrat d'un module à l'autre, un module d'application d'une couche de résine photosensible sur le substrat, des moyens de cuisson et/ou de séchage de la couche de résine, un module (20) d'insolation automatique au moyen d'un rayon laser de la couche de résine sur le substrat selon un schéma programmé, un module dit de «développement » pour le retrait de la partie de la couche de résine ayant été insolée ou de la partie de la couche de résine n'ayant pas été insolée, un module de gravure chimique du substrat, un module de nettoyage du substrat, ainsi qu'une unité de commande (7).
