A surface-treated metal plate having a coating mainly comprising a complex and/or a salt formed between a rare earth metal element and an organic compound having in its molecule at least one functional group selected among - O-, =O, -OH, -COOH, -NH2, =NH, =N-, -SH, -SO3H and phosphate groups and a matrix physically holding the above species and capable of firmly adhering to metal plates; and a metal surface treating fluid used therefor.
La présente invention concerne une tôle enduite dont le revêtement est principalement constitué d'un complexe et/ou d'un sel formé entre un métal des terres rares et un composé organique, dont l'une des molécules comporte au moins un groupe fonctionnel appartenant à l'ensemble des -O-, =O, -OH, -COOH, -NH¿2?, =NH, =N-, -SH, -SO¿3?H et phosphates, et une matrice retenant physiquement les espèces ci-dessus et capable d'adhérer fermement à des tôles de métal. L'invention concerne également un fluide de traitement de surface des métaux convenant à cet effet.
