A surface treated steel plate, which comprises a steel plate having a plating layer containing a metal selected from zinc and aluminum, a first layer coating film being provided on the steel plate and containing (.alpha.) 1 to 2000 mg/m2 of silica in terms of SiO2, (.beta.) 1 to 1000 mg/m2 in total of phosphate groups in terms of P, (.gamma.) 0.5 to 800 mg/m2 in total of one or more metals selected from Mg, Mn and Al in terms of a metal element and (.delta.) 0.1 to 50 mg/m2 in total of tetra-valent vanadium compounds in terms of V, and a second layer coating film being provided on the first layer, containing a resin (A) having a functional group selected from an OH group and a COOH group and a rust inhibiting additive (B) selected from (a) a phosphoric acid salt, (b) a silica being ion-exchanged with Ca, (c) molybdic acid salt, (d) (d) silicon oxide and (e) a triazole, a thiol, a thiadiazole, a thiazole and a thiuram, and having a film thickness of 0.1 to 5 µm. The surface treated steel plate is free of hexa-valent chromium, exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, and is excellent in the appearance of a coating film.
La présente invention a trait à une tôle d'acier à surface traitée, comportant une plaque d'acier présentant une couche de métallisation contenant un métal choisi parmi le zinc et l'aluminium, un film de revêtement de première couche étant prévu sur la plaque d'acier et contenant (.alpha.) 1 à 2000 mg/m?2¿ de silice sous forme de SiO¿2?, (.beta.) 1 à 1000 mg/m?2¿ au total de groupes phosphates sous forme de P, (.gamma.) 0,5 à 800 mg/m?2¿ au total d'un métal ou de plusieurs métaux choisis parmi Mg, Mn et Al sous forme d'élément métallique et (.delta.) 0,1 à 50 mg/m?2¿ au total de composés de vanadium tétravalents sous forme de V, et un film de revêtement de deuxième couche étant prévu sur la première couche, contenant une résine (A) ayant un groupe fonctionnel choisi parmi un groupe OH et un groupe COOH et un additif antirouille (B) choisi parmi (a) un sel d'acide phosphorique, (b) une silice échangeuse d'ions avec Ca, (c) du sel d'acide molybdique, (d) de l'oxyde de silicium et (e) un triazole, un thiol, un thiadiazole, un thiazole et un thiourame, et ayant une épaisseur de film de 0,1 à 5 µm. La tôle d'acier à surface traitée est exempte de chrome hexavalent, présente d'excellentes propriétés de résistance à la corrosion et d'aspect d'un film de revêtement.
