A surface-treating agent for use in an inorganic powder in which a metallic oxide layer and/or a hydrated metallic oxide layer is formed on the surface, characterized in that said surface-treating agent contains one or more kinds of a polyglycidyl ether compound represented by formula (A), a polyglycidyl ester compound represented by formula (B), and a diglycidyl polysiloxane compound represented by formula (C), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, n, p and q have the meanings as given in claim 1.

La présente invention décrit un agent de traitement de surface utilisé dans une poudre inorganique dans laquelle une couche d'oxyde métallique et/ou une couche d'oxyde métallique hydraté est formée sur la surface. Ledit agent de traitement de surface contient un ou plusieurs types de composé d'éther polyglycidylique représenté par la formule (A), de composé d'ester polyglycidylique représenté par la formule (B) et d'un composé de polysiloxane diglycidylique représenté par la formule (C). Dans lesdites formules R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3?, R¿4?, R¿5?, n, p et q sont tels que décrits dans la revendication 1.
