The present invention provides a new surface treatment method, which can perform coated surface treatment on a cutting edge R and a rake surface, while maintaining a radius of curvature of the cutting edge R and uniformly surface- treating the rake surface. The surface treatment method of the present invention comprises: providing an opening chamfered at corners adjacent to an upper surface of the fixture to the fixture for fixing a coated cutting insert; fixing the coated cutting insert inside the opening in such a manner that a rake surface of the coated cutting insert is disposed lower than upper surfaces of the fixture but upper than a lower edge created on the opening of the fixture by the chamfering; and conducting the surface treatment on a cutting edge R and the rake surface of the coated cutting insert.
L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de traitement de surface pour le traitement d'une surface revêtue sur un bord coupant R et une surface de dépouille, tout en conservant un rayon de courbure du bord coupant R et en effectuant un traitement de surface uniforme de la surface de dépouille. Le procédé de traitement de surface de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : pratiquer une ouverture chanfreinée au niveau de coins de l'accessoire adjacents à une surface supérieure de l'accessoire pour la fixation d'une plaquette de coupe revêtue; fixer la plaquette de coupe revêtue dans l'ouverture de telle manière qu'une surface de dépouille de la plaquette de coupe revêtue soit disposée plus basse que les surfaces supérieures de l'accessoire mais plus haute qu'un bord inférieur créé sur l'ouverture de l'accessoire par le chanfreinage; et effectuer le traitement de surface sur un bord coupant R et sur la surface de dépouille de la plaquette de coupe revêtue.
