The invention concerns a surface wave device connected to a base with a conductive material anisotropic in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the surface wave device and the base. Said anisotropic conductive material ensures the mechanical strength and the encapsulation of the surface wave device. It is locally deposited in the base plane so as to ensure the presence of a cavity wherein the surface acoustic waves can be propagated.
L'invention concerne un dispositif à ondes de surface relié à une embase par un matériau conducteur anisotrope dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan du dispositif à ondes de surface et de l'embase. Ce matériau conducteur anisotrope assure la tenue mécanique et l'encapsulation du dispositif à ondes de surface. Il est déposé localement dans le plan de l'embase, de manière à assurer la présence d'une cavité dans laquelle peuvent se propager les ondes acoustiques de surface.
