Surgical connection apparatus (100) comprises a support (102,104) having a proximal portion with a distal end and a proximal portion. The support forms a pathway between the proximal and distal portions. Aplurality of self-closing clips (200) are slidably disposed in the pathway and a pusher is arranged to a slidably move in the pathway and push the clips in a distal direction. The apparatus facilitates partial ejection of a clip after which the remainder of the clip is withdrawn therefrom. In one embodiment, the support comprises a tubular needle with the distal end being pointed. The needle can be used to penetrate the tissue or material to be joined and to manipulate or approximate tissue or material to be joined before the clip is partially ejected.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de connexion chirurgical (100) qui comprend un support (102,104) qui possède une partie distale présentant une extrémité distale et une partie proximale. Le support forme un trajet entre les parties proximale et distale. Une pluralité d'agrafes à fermeture automatique (200) sont placées coulissantes sur le trajet, un poussoir effectuant un déplacement coulissant sur ce trajet pour pousser les agrafes dans une direction distale. Ce dispositif facilite l'éjection partielle d'une agrafe dont le bout restant est ensuite tiré du dispositif. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, le support comprend une aiguille tubulaire à pointe distale pointue. Cette aiguille peut traverser le tissu ou la matière à réunir et permet de manipuler ou de rapprocher le tissu ou la matière à réunir avant l'éjection partielle de l'agrafe.
