The surgical extractor (1) has three distinct portions respectively called "body" (3), "gripper" (11) and "pusher" (17). The body (3) is rigid and rectilinear and has a first (5) end from which a handle (7) integrally projects perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis. The gripper (11) consists of one or more flexible rods (11) having first ends connected to the opposite end (9) of the body (3) in a foldable manner with respect to a transverse axis (T). The pusher (17) is rigid and rectilinear and has a first end (14) connected to the opposite ends (13) of the rods (11) and a second end provided with a pushing button (19). Hooks (23) are provided for retaining in a slidable manner the pusher (17) on top of the first end of the body opposite (3) to the handle (7) once the rods (11) have been folded about the transverse axis (T) in order to be positioned together with a pusher (17) flat onto the body (3). These hooks (23) allow the person pushing on the button (19) while he/she holds the handle (7), to force the rods (11) to open like petals on top of the body (3) and thus makes it possible for the rods (11) to catch in a radial direction an organ to be extracted from the body of the patient, and to grip this organ in order to remove it from the body of the patient.
L'extracteur chirurgical (1) de la présente invention comporte trois parties distinctes appelées respectivement corps (3), préhenseur (11) et pousseur (17). Le corps (3) est rigide et rectilinéaire et comporte une première extrémité (5) à partir de laquelle une poignée (7) intégrale se projette perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal. Le préhenseur (11) est constitué d'une ou de plusieurs tiges souples (11) dont les premières extrémités sont reliées à l'extrémité opposée (9) du corps (3) d'une manière repliable par rapport à un axe transversal (T). Le pousseur (17) est rigide et rectilinéaire, et il comporte une première extrémité (14) reliée aux extrémités opposées (13) des tiges (11) et une seconde extrémité dotée d'un bouton poussoir (19). Des crochets (23) permettent de retenir, de manière coulissante, le pousseur (17) sur le dessus de la première extrémité du corps (3), à l'opposé de la poignée (7) une fois les tiges (11) repliées le long de l'axe transversal (T) de façon à ce que le pousseur (17) soit positionné à plat sur le corps (3). Ces crochets (23) permettent à la personne poussant sur le bouton (19), alors qu'elle tient la poignée (7), de provoquer, sur le corps (3), le déploiement des tiges (11) en forme de pétale, ce qui rend possible la saisie par les tiges (11), dans une direction radiale, d'un organe qui doit être extrait du corps d'un patient, et de serrer cet organe aux fins d'extraction de l'organe du corps du patient.
