A surgical implant has a mesh-like base structure (2) and a film (4). The film (4) extends over at least part of the base structure (2), is connected to the base structure (2) in partial regions, and has a coefficient of kinetic friction, relative to rat skin, of not more than 0.25. The film (4) is preferably absorbable.
La présente invention concerne un implant chirurgical ayant une structure de base (2) en forme de mailles et un film (4). Le film (4) s~étend sur au moins une partie de la structure de base (2), est relié à la structure de base (2) dans certaines régions et a un coefficient de frottement cinétique, par rapport à une peau de rat, inférieur ou égal à 0,25. Le film (4) est de préférence absorbable.
