An incise drape (10) suitable for use in surgical procedures. The drape (10) comprises a substantially transparent flexible film (21) that has at least a portion of one major surface coated or covered with a pressure sensitive adhesive (9), and a two liners (16) removably covering the adhesive (9). Each liner (16) has a handle (14, 15) spaced from the opposite side edges (12, 13) of the film (21), and a body portion attached to the handle (14, 15). The body portion of each liner (16) extends along the adhesive (9) from handle (14, 15) in the direction away from the other liner (16). The drape (10) is repeatedly folded over from the opposite side edges (12, 13) of the film (21) toward the handles (14, 15) so that the drape (10) may be unfolded and the adhesive exposed by pulling the handles (14, 15) apart.

Cette invention concerne un champ opératoire (10) conçu pour servir lors d'opérations chirurgicales. Ce champ opératoire (10) comporte un film flexible (21) sensiblement transparent possédant au moins une partie d'une surface principale recouverte d'adhésif autocollant (9), ainsi que deux doublures (16) recouvrant de manière amovible ledit adhésif (9). Chaque doublure (16) possède une poignée (14, 15) située à distance des bords latéraux opposés (12, 13) du film (21), ainsi qu'une partie constituant le corps de la doublure et fixée à ladite poignée (14, 15). La partie constituant le corps de chaque doublure (16) longe l'adhésif (9), à partir de la poignée (14, 15) et en direction opposée à l'autre doublure (16). Ledit champ opératoire (10) est replié un certain nombre de fois à partir des bords latéraux opposés (12, 13) du film (21) en direction des poignées (14, 15) afin que l'on puisse le déplier et exposer l'adhésif en tirant les poignées (14, 15) pour les éloigner l'une de l'autre.
