A medical instrument having a proximal control handle and a distal tool that are intercoupled by an elongated instrument shaft that is meant to pass internally of an anatomic body, proximal and distal movable members that respectively intercouple the proximal control handle and the distal tool with the instrument shaft, cable control means disposed between the movable members, an actuation member at the handle for controlling the distal tool through the movable members, and a coupler for selectively engaging or disengaging the shaft portion of the instrument from the handle portion. The handle has a distal receiver portion, and a shaft connector on said proximal motion member is selectively engageable with and releaseable from the receiver portion.
L'invention concerne un instrument médical comportant une poignée de commande proximale et un outil distal qui sont mutuellement couplés au moyen d'un arbre d'instrument allongé, supposé faire passer à l'intérieur d'un corps anatomique, des éléments proximaux et distaux mobiles qui couplent mutuellement respectivement la poignée de commande proximale et l'outil distal avec l'arbre d'instrument; des moyens de commande de câble disposés entre les éléments mobiles; un élément d'actionnement situé au niveau de la poignée, destiné à commander l'outil distal par l'intermédiaire des éléments mobiles; et un dispositif d'accouplement permettant la solidarisation ou désolidarisation sélective de la partie arbre de l'instrument et de la partie de poignée. La poignée comporte une partie de réception distale, et un dispositif de liaison d'arbre situé sur l'élément de déplacement proximal conçu pour âtre sélectivement solidarisé avec la partie de réception et désolidarisé de cette dernière.
