A surgical instrument is disclosed, preferably for the minimally invasive intervention in human or animal tissues, comprising a, for example, needle- shaped base body (3) with at least one passage formed from a hollow fibre (2). The at least one hollow fibre (2) is surrounded by a matrix (5) of a fibre composite material. The use of a hollow fibre (2) permits a simple production, in particular, of instruments with a number of passages. The use of more than one hollow fibre (2) within the base body (3) increases the application possibilities, for example, simultaneous monitoring and treatment of the tissue.
L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical destiné, de préférence, à être utilisé pour effectuer une opération avec intrusion minimale sur des tissus du corps humains ou du corps d'un animal. Cet instrument comprend un corps de base (3), se présentant, par exemple, sous la forme d'une aiguille qui comporte au moins un passage formé par une fibre creuse (2). La ou les fibres creuses (2) sont entourées d'une matrice (5) constituée d'un matériau composite fibreux. L'utilisation d'une fibre creuse (2) permet une réalisation simplifiée, en particulier, d'instruments pourvus d'une pluralité de passages. L'utilisation de plus d'une fibre creuse (2) à l'intérieur du corps de base (3) augmente les possibilités d'utilisation de l'instrument, par exemple en permettant l'observation et le traitement simultanés des tissus.
