A surgical kit and method for performing laparoscopic urethropexy for the correction of female stress urinary incontinence are provided, as well as the apparatus employed in this procedure. The apparatus include a bone anchor, an anchor-insertion tool, a drill tamper tool, a suture retriever and a template. Urethropexy is accomplished by laparoscopically securing one or more anchors to the pubic bone using the anchor-insertion tool and the drill tamper tool.

L'invention porte sur une trousse chirurgicale et sur un procédé d'uréthropéxie par laparoscopie destiné à corriger chez la femme l'incontinence urinaire due au stress, ainsi que sur l'appareil utilisés dans cette procédure. Ledit appareil comprend un ancrage se fixant dans l'os, un outil d'insertion de l'ancrage, un outil de forage, un récupérateur de fils de suture et un gabarit. On procède à l'uréthropéxie en fixant par laparoscopie dans l'os pubien un ou deux ancrages à l'aide de l'outil d'insertion et de l'outil de forage.
