This invention provides a rejuvenating method or a reshaping method or a combination of both methods by using bone grafting, and this invention includes a composition used in the methods including bone grafts including freeze dried cortical bone powder and hydroxyapatite. The method includes: (a) gradually injecting an amount of physiological serum at a designated site of a body member; (b) when a desired shape of the body member is achieved, photographing the body member and determining the injected amount of physiological serum which is equivalent to a quantity of bone graft mixture required for surgery; (c) before injection, combining said bone graft mixture with normal saline; (d) making a number of incisions from which a tunnel is drawn to the designated site wherein the bone graft mixture is to be injected; (e) removing any extra normal saline from the bone graft mixture and combining the remaining bone graft mixture with few milliliters of fresh venous blood and injecting the required amount of bone graft mixture at the designated site; and (f) compacting by pressing on the patient's outside skin the bone graft mixture gently in the designated site and closing the number of incisions by appropriate surgical sutures.
Cette invention concerne une nouvelle methode de rajeunissement et/ou de remodelage, par l'utilisation d'une greffe osseuse. L'invention concerne également une composition utilisée dans cette méthode de greffe osseuse, comprenant une poudre lyophilisée de corticale d'os et une hydroxyapatite. Cette méthode consiste à: (a) injecter progressivement une quantité de sérum physiologique en un endroit choisi du corps; (b) lorsque la forme souhaitée de la partie du corps concernée est atteinte, la photographier et mesurer la quantité de sérum physiologique injectée, qui est équivalente à la quantité de mélange pour greffe osseuse nécessaire pour l'opération; (c) avant l'injection, combiner le mélange pour greffe osseuse avec une solution physiologique; (d) réaliser un certain nombre d'incisions à partir desquelles un tunnel est aménagé jusqu'à l'endroit choisi pour l'injection du mélange pour greffe osseuse; (e) retirer toute la solution physiologique en excès du mélange pour greffe osseuse et combiner le mélange pour greffe osseuse restant avec quelques millilitres de sang veineux frais, puis injecter la quantité requise de mélange pour greffe osseuse à l'indroit choisi; et (f) en exerçant une pression externe sur la peau du patient, tasser doucement le mélange pour greffe osseuse à l'endroit choisi et enfin, fermer les incisions par des sutures chirurgicales appropriées.
