A surgical sealing sleeve (1, 32) for preventing undesirable leakage from the humoral fluid filled interior of a mammal organ to an access environment during its temporary seating in an access tissue to the mammal organ. The surgical sealing sleeve (1, 32) has an axially extending rigid tubular sleeve (2) for attachment to the access tissue and having an axially extending passageway (5). The sleeve (2) includes an inner sleeve member (3, 33) nested at least along a portion of its length within an outer sleeve member (4). Each of the inner and outer sleeve members has a proximal end and a distal end, the inner sleeve member (3, 33) having at least one distally directed sheath support member (9A and 9B, 34) terminating proximal to the distal end of the outer sleeve member. An elastomeric sheath (10) is sealingly interdisposed between the inner and outer sleeve members and distally extending so as to fit over the at least one sheath support member, the elastomeric sheath having a a priori sealed end adapted to be cut in situ so as to provide an unidirectional slit valve (13A and 13B, 38) normally closed under the pressure prevailing in the mammal organ's interior so as to prevent leakage of its contents therefrom via the passageway to the access environment.
Manchon d'étanchéité chirurgical (1, 32) empêchant toute fuite indésirable de fluide humoral depuis l'intérieur d'un organe de mammifère vers l'environnement externe d'où on a accès à l'organe, pendant son placement temporaire dans un tissu permettant l'accès à l'organe de mammifère. Ce manchon d'étanchéité chirurgical (1, 32) comporte un manchon tubulaire rigide s'étendant axialement (2) destiné à se fixer au tissu d'accès et présentant un passage s'étendant axialement (5). Le manchon (2) comprend un élément de manchon interne (3, 33) s'emboîtant au moins sur une partie de sa longueur dans un élément de manchon externe (4). Chacun de ces éléments présente une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, l'élément de manchon interne (3, 33) possédant au moins un élément de support de gaine (9A et 9B, 34) dirigé vers l'extrémité distale et se terminant à proximité de l'extrémité distale de l'élément de manchon externe. Une gaine élastomère d'étanchéité (10) est intercalée entre les éléments de manchon interne et externe et s'étend vers l'extrémité distale de manière à entourer l'élément de support de gaine, cette gaine élastomère présentant une extrémité scellée au préalable destinée à être coupée sur place pour former une valve unidirectionnelle à fente (13A et 13B, 38) normalement fermée sous l'effet de la pression régnant à l'intérieur de l'organe de mammifère, afin d'empêcher toute fuite du fluide contenu dans l'organe à travers le passage vers l'environnement d'accès.
