In an exemplary embodiment, a surgical cutting device is provided which includes an elongate shaft and a rotatable tissue-affecting tip disposed at the distal end thereof. A lumen extends through both the shaft and the tip, and terminates in an opening formed in a distal end of the tissue-affecting tip.
