This invention is a suspended gliding pacer for exercise purposes. The main mechanism consists of an inverted "H" shape with an extended "7" shape standing pillar on top. Both sides of the said standing "7" shape pillar has a shaft each on top which serves as a pivot for securing a rotating shaft assembly on each side. The upper portion of each of the said rotating shaft assembly is facilitated with a hand-grip shaft; the outer side of each hand-grip shaft is then connected to a corresponding foot-pad unit. Consequently, the assembly of the aforementioned components shall enable user to mount from the two lateral sides or rear side of the suspended pacer for gliding step exercises. It is a device of practical application.

La partie supérieure de chacun des ensembles est pourvue d'un manche à main. L'autre côté de chacun des manches à main est relié à une unité de coussinet de pied correspondante. L'ensemble des composants ci-dessus permet ainsi à l'utilisateur de monter depuis les deux côtés latéraux ou le côté arrière du meneur suspendu, afin d'exécuter des exercices de glissement par étape. Il s'agit d'un dispositif d'application pratique.
