Disclosed is a suspension for visualizing a transparent tissue in an eye, which can be used as a means which is easy to use for improving the visibility of a transparent tissue in an eye during the surgery and which is highly safe. The suspension comprises a microparticle comprising a biodegradable polymeric compound, at least one salt selected from the group consisting of a trivalent metal salt and a bivalent metal salt, and an aqueous medium having the microparticle and the salt contained therein.

L'invention concerne une suspension permettant de visualiser un tissu oculaire transparent. Ladite suspension permet d'améliorer facilement et sans danger la visualisation de tissus oculaires transparents pendant une opération chirurgicale. La suspension inclut une microparticule comprenant un composé polymère biodégradable, au moins un sel sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'un sel métallique trivalent et d'un sel métallique bivalent, et un milieu aqueux contenant ladite microparticule et ledit sel.
