ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A suspension harness utilizes a continuous belt of adjustable effective length which is affixed to the seat strap and passes crosswise through a rear plate to form the shoulder straps of the harness. The passes of the continuous belt then extend downwardly to loop through rigid frames connected to the seat strap ends before passing upwardly through a front frame. The rear plate and front frame alone or together with the lateral frames can have catch eyes.
