A wheeled transport device, such as luggage, a trash can, a garden cart or other hand cart configured to be manually wheeled in an inclined position by a pedestrian user, includes a collapsible handle at one end and wheels at the other end. The wheels are independently connected to the device by respective suspensions that exhibit a compliance, in response to forces applied to their respective wheels by the surface in a direction opposing wheel motion, selected to sufficiently alter suspension geometry to temporarily change an attitude, such as toe, camber or caster, of their respective wheels to counter a tendency of the device to overturn in response to the applied forces.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de transport à roues, du type bagage, poubelle, chariot de jardin ou autre chariot manuel, pour le transport manuel en position inclinée, par un piéton, comprenant une poignée repliable à une extrémité et des roues à l'autre extrémité. Les différentes roues sont reliées indépendamment au dispositif via des suspensions respectives qui ont une résilience, en réponse à des forces appliquées sur ces roues par la surface de roulement dans une direction opposée à la direction de leur mouvement, permettant de modifier suffisamment la géométrie des suspensions et de modifier temporairement une dynamique des roues, du type déviation, cambrure ou pivotement, afin de neutraliser une tendance au renversement suite à l'application des forces considérées.
