Disclosed is a tacrolimus sustained release pharmaceutical composition comprising a solid dispersion comprising tacrolimus or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a carrier for a sustained release pharmaceutical composition. In an elution test, the pharmaceutical composition shows a tacrolimus elution rate of less than 35% four hours after the elution test is started.
