A sustained-release oral ointment comprising a hydrophobic ointment base, a sticky substance, an aluminum compound and a drug. It can be administered to the mouth mucosa, in particular, to the periodontal pocket and is improved in the drug availability (the ratio of the total amount of a drug released at the affected part to the content of the drug in the administered preparation) while maintaining a sufficient drug concentration at the affected part for long.

Onguent buccal à libération prolongée composé d'une base d'onguent hydrophobe, d'une substance adhésive, d'un composé d'aluminium et d'un médicament. On peut l'appliquer sur la muqueuse buccale, en particulier, dans la poche périodontique et il possède une disponibilité médicamenteuse améliorée (rapport entre la quantité totale de médicament libéré au niveau de la partie atteinte et la teneur en médicament de la préparation administrée), tout en conservant une concentration suffisante en médicament au niveau de la partie atteinte pendant une durée prolongée.
