L'invention concerne des préparations médicinales contenant un médicament, le 2-amino-3-cyano-5-(2-fluorophényl)-4-méthylpyrrole, caractérisées en ce qu'elles peuvent améliorer la qualité de vie de patients prenant ce médicament ainsi que la tolérance de ceux-ci vis-à-vis de ce médicament, et en ce qu'il est possible d'empêcher chez les patients une augmentation non voulue de la teneur plasmatique du médicament, par le maintien de la vitesse de libération in vivo du médicament et l'abaissement de la fréquence d'administration de celui-ci. L'invention concerne donc des préparations orales à libération prolongée, contenant en tant que principe actif le 2-amino-3-cyano-5-(2-fluorophényle)-4-méthylpyrrole.
