The invention relates to a tablet having a tablet core comprising a plurality of active ingredi-ent-containing pellets and one or more pharmaceutically tolerated excipients and at least one coating applied to the tablet core, the active ingredient-containing pellets containing hydro-morphone or a salt or a solvate thereof as active ingredient and having the following struc-ture: a) an inert core, b) an active ingredient layer applied to the inert core, c) a layer applied to the active ingredient layer and retarding the release of the active ingredi-ent and d) a further active ingredient layer on the layer retarding the release of the active ingredient.

L'invention concerne un comprimé comportant un noyau constitué de plusieurs granulés contenant un principe actif et un ou plusieurs adjuvants pharmaceutiquement acceptables, et au moins une couche appliquée sur le noyau du comprimé. Selon l'invention, les granulés contenant le principe actif contiennent, en tant que principe actif, de l'hydromorphone ou un sel, ou un solvant de celle-ci, et présentent la structure suivante : a) un noyau inerte, b) une couche de principe actif appliquée sur le noyau inerte, c) une couche appliquée sur la couche de principe actif, qui retarde la libération du principe actif et d) une couche supplémentaire de principe actif appliquée sur la couche qui retarde la libération du principe actif.
