The invention relates to a suture anchor for anchoring a suture (7) in a bone, wherein a hole for the suture anchor is formed in the bone. The suture anchor is manufactured preferably of biodegradable material. The suture anchor comprises an elongated anchor body (1) provided with a suture channel (K) in which the suture (7) is placed for binding the suture (7) to the anchor body (1), which is composed of two elongated longitudinal guides (3, 4) substantially aligned with the longitudinal direction of the anchor body (1) and a turning portion (5) connecting them at the ends of their head (1a) side. The turning portion (5) is formed substantially in a manner that it is aligned with the longitudinal dimension of the suture anchor, wherein the turning point at the head of the turning portion (5) is situated at a longitudinal distance from the junctions (5a, 5b) of the longitudinal guides (3, 4) and the turning portion (5).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation de suture permettant de fixer une suture (7) dans un os dans lequel on a ménagé un trou pour ladite suture. Le dispositif de fixation de suture est produit, de préférence, dans un matériau biodégradable. Ledit dispositif de fixation comporte un corps (1) allongé pourvu d'un canal (K) de suture dans lequel on place la suture (7) de manière à relier ladite suture au corps (1) du dispositif de fixation de suture. Le corps (1) du dispositif de fixation de suture est composé de deux éléments de guidage (3, 4) allongés longitudinaux, sensiblement alignés avec la direction longitudinale du corps (1) du dispositif de fixation et une partie (5) courbe les reliant aux extrémités du côté tête (1a). La partie (5) courbe est sensiblement formée de manière à être est alignée avec la dimension longitudinale du dispositif de fixation dans lequel le point situé au sommet de la partie (5) courbe est placé à une distance longitudinale des jonctions (5a, 5b) des éléments de guidage (3, 4) longitudinaux et de la partie (5) courbe.
