A swash plate compressor adapted to compress a refrigerant, wherein a swash plate (3, 18) incorporated therein is formed by using an aluminum alloy as a base material, sliding surfaces (3a, 18a) of the swash plate (3, 18) which slidingly contact shoes (7; 7, 19; 19) which are inserted so as to operatively engage the swash plate (3, 18) with a piston (6, 17) being provided with a film of a solid lubricant of at least one kind of substance selected from molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide and graphite which is formed by a transfer system, whereby a coating performance and the productivity of the compressor are improved.

L'invention concerne un compresseur à plateau oscillant adapté pour comprimer un fluide frigorigène, dans lequel un plateau oscillant (3, 18) incorporé est formé à l'aide d'un alliage d'aluminium servant de matériau de base, des surfaces de glissement (3a, 18a) du plateau oscillant (3, 18) dont les patins de contact coulissants (7; 7, 19; 19) sont insérés de manière à venir en contact fonctionnel avec le plateau oscillant (3, 18) par l'intermédiaire d'un piston (6, 17) doté d'une couche mince d'un lubrifiant solide d'au moins un type de substance choisie entre le bisulfure de molybdène, le bisulfure de tungstène et le graphite que l'on a formé par un système de transfert, de manière que le rendement de revêtement et la productivité du compresseur sont améliorés.
