The subject invention discloses a sweep unit assembly (32) having a series of stations (36) defining a path for an elongated article. A cradle (112) is coupled to each of the stations. The stations are movable to introduce a first curve into the path and the article and each of the cradles are independently movable for introducing a second curve into the path and the article. A mount (62) is included that supports at least one of the stations. The mount engages a base (38) such that each of the stations are movably secured to the base and remain easily accessible for adjusting the stations and the cradles to impart various degrees of curvature into the path and the article.
Cette invention se rapporte à un ensemble avec unité gabarit comportant une série de stations définissant une trajectoire pour un article allongé. Un étrier est couplé à chacune des stations. Les stations sont mobiles de façon à former une première courbe dans la trajectoire de l'article et dans l'article et chacun des étriers est séparément mobile afin de former une seconde courbe dans la trajectoire de l'article et dans l'article. Un bâti est prévu pour servir de support à au moins l'une des stations. Le bâti reçoit une base de telle sorte que chacune des stations puisse être fixée mobile à la base et rester facilement accessible pour permettre le réglage des stations et des étriers, afin de conférer divers degrés de courbure à la trajectoire de l'article et à l'article.
