ABSTRACT In a swimming apparatus for effective lift and pro- pel to swim easily, comfortably, it is known to wear a swimming-feet of a frog or a duck. In this invention ther- e is no swimming feet to wear on the feet or hands, for super effective lift and top propel to swim easily, tire- lessly, and comfortably, in a swim mack output power. The swim-head is worn on the forearms to serve as a forearm extension, with a wristlet and obvious lateral expansion to be worn either side.
