Disclosed is a swing (1) comprising four lateral elements (2) and four connecting elements (3). Said four lateral elements (2) and four connecting elements (3) are part of a frame (4). A plurality of interlaced band elements (5) which form a support area (7) within the frame (4) are mounted on said frame (4). The two final sections of the band elements (5) are provided with fastening elements (6) which can be connected to the lateral elements (2).
