In an electrical distribution system for controlling current paths through a plurality of associated circuit breakers (20), a programmable circuit arrangement operates the circuit breakers by remote control in at least the open and closed circuit positions. The circuit arrangement includes an array of termination points (38) which are used in sets, such that each set includes a plurality of termination points, wherein each set receives a remotely generated control signal for commanding the circuit breakers to open or close. A control circuit includes a microcomputer (32), which is coupled to the array of termination points and responsive to the remotely generated control signal, for controlling the circuit breakers between the open and closed circuit positions. The microcomputer reads the termination points, via an X-Y grid, by polling the X axis and reading the Y axis.
Dans un système de distribution électrique conçu pour déterminer les trajets de courant traversant une série de disjoncteurs associés (20), une configuration de circuit programmable actionne ces disjoncteurs de circuit à l'aide d'une commande à distance, à tout le moins lorsque le circuit est en position ouverte et fermée. Cette configuration de circuit est constituée d'un réseau de points d'arrivée (38), utilisés sous la forme d'ensembles de points, de manière telle que chaque ensemble comporte une série de points d'arrivée, chaque ensemble recevant un signal de commande produit à distance qui lui permet de commander l'ouverture ou la fermeture des disjoncteurs du circuit. Un circuit de commande est constitué d'un micro-ordinateur (32), lequel est relié au réseau de points d'arrivée et répond au signal de commande produit à distance pour commander le déplacement des disjoncteurs de circuit entre les positions ouverte et fermée. Le micro-ordinateur procède à la lecture des points d'arrivée sur une grille xy, en recherchant les valeurs de l'axe des y correspondant à celles de l'axe des x.
